Autumn Ridge is a covenanted residential development located in west Wichita off 119th street between 13th and 21st street. There are 84 residences in the development which features a pond with a fountain, resident ducks, and lots of mature trees. The Autumn Ridge Homeowners Association is governed by Bylaws and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions administered by a volunteer board of directors.
